This privacy policy informs you about which personal data is processed when you visit this website, for what purpose, and what rights you have. The legal basis is the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Hosting (Netlify)

This website is hosted by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit the pages, Netlify processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type) in server log files. This processing is required for the operation and security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The transfer to the USA is based on the EU standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. More information: netlify.com/privacy.

Forms (contact & notifications)

If you use the contact form or sign up for notifications (e.g. about new course dates or the newsletter “Follow the Work”), the data you enter (name, email address, message, your consent where applicable) is transmitted to me via Netlify Forms and stored there. I use this data exclusively to handle your request or for the notification you asked for (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time — a short message to kontakt@stefanie-poeschl.com is enough. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for its purpose.

Self-test

The self-test (“Where do you stand right now?”) is evaluated entirely in your browser. Your answers are not transmitted to me and are not stored anywhere. Only if you voluntarily enter your email address at the end are your email address and your result transmitted to me via Netlify Forms (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — you can also view your result without entering an email address.

Fonts

The fonts used on this website are embedded locally. No connection to Google Fonts or other external font services is established when you visit the pages.

External links

This website contains links to external services, e.g. for booking appointments (Calendly), to LinkedIn, or to book retailers. When you click such a link, you leave this website; the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.

Your rights

You have the right to information about your stored data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object to processing, and to withdraw any consent you have given at any time. Simply contact kontakt@stefanie-poeschl.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
