What we create on the outside begins in who we are on the inside.

Maybe you know the feeling: you've long known what needs to change — and yet everything stays the way it is. Not because knowledge or willpower are missing. But because change begins deeper.

Where change really begins.

Most people try to change their results by changing their behavior. Organizations change structures. Individuals change habits.

And yet the old patterns return.

Because beneath every behavior lies an inner state. A way of thinking, feeling, and acting — mostly unnoticed, often the same for years.

That is exactly where my work begins. And then the outside starts to follow the inside.

One work. Three rooms.

Whether with an organization, with an individual, or through what I create — it is always about the same thing: creating a room in which people see themselves more clearly and let something new emerge from within.

With companies.

Change that lasts — because it begins with the inner state of the people who carry it. For leadership, teams, and organizations that want more than the next initiative.

Where do you stand right now?

Seven questions, two minutes. At the end you'll know where you stand — and what your next step is.

Transformation. And what comes after.

We talk a lot about reaching goals. Hardly anyone talks about what comes after.

That is exactly what I wrote a book about: You Made It — Now What? When the Goal Is Reached and the Quiet Sets In. A book to work through — in three languages.

Portrait of Stefanie Pöschl

Behind this work.

My name is Stefanie Pöschl. I spent two decades in international companies — close to the people who make the decisions there.

At some point, one question wouldn't let go of me: Why do people repeat patterns they have long wanted to change?

It led me into psychotherapy, into the neuroscience of change — and to the work I do today: where outer results grow from inner state.
